Sales Cashier

Overview Our Mission (for this position) As a popular Chinese Grocery Store in the local area which is ready to turn into a business with plenty of chain stores in big cities, we are looking for a Sales Cashier - a talented young sales person (the future management employee) to join our business at this moment and an opportunity that everyone would like to experience in their life.For this Sales Cashier, he/she will need to perform => Duties Open and Close the store, perform routine work (no professional cleaning work required) by following the Workbook Manual Instructions and Standards; Operate Card Reader System efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly; Provide exceptional Before-Purchase Service by answer questions regarding to related product's ingredients, categories, nutritions, tastes, flavors, brands, place of origin, place of production; Provide descriptions of cooking skills, directions for use; Assist with merchandising shelves to maintain an organized display and featured store style; Handle cash and perform basic math calculations with or without a calculator to ensure correct change and accuracy of each transaction; Use phone protocol properly when answering inquiries, providing essential information to have customers come visit; Provide reliable and correct After-Purchase Service by taking records of customers' concerns, product problems, purchase and service related issues, following the Workbook Manual Instructions and Standards; Submit a report with all this collected information and each offered solution specified at a daily base; Assist the Tally Clerk with the final food processing and packaging as assigned.Qualifications Any previous experience (non-career experience included) in sales, teaching, interpreting, mentoring, designing is preferred and required; Strong communication skills to thoroughly understand customer's concerns; Bilingual abilities of English and Mandarin are required; To be skillful with Card Reader System, cash handling procedures after training; Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts.To be knowledgeable for grocery store operations, merchandising, basic product information after training and short-term performance; Strong willingness to use critical thinking methods in daily work.Pay:From $4,500.00 per month Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Relocation assistance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
