Sales & Client Relations Coordinator – Dental Laboratory Location: Brooklyn Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site Pay: Base Salary + Monthly Bonus Opportunities About the Role Our dental laboratory is looking for an energetic and professional Sales & Client Relations Coordinator to help grow and maintain our network of dental office clients. This position combines sales outreach, relationship management, and lead follow-up to support the continued expansion of our lab. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, motivated, and comfortable building professional relationships with dentists and office staff. Key Responsibilities Reach out to dental offices to introduce our laboratory services Follow up with warm leads and reconnect with former clients Support client retention through recall and re-engagement campaigns Maintain communication with current accounts to ensure satisfaction Track outreach activity and manage follow-up schedules Assist in developing new business opportunities and partnerships Work closely with the lab team to support client needs and case coordination Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or dental preferred Strong phone etiquette and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be able to commute daily to Brooklyn (this is an on-site role) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Bonus and incentive opportunities Career growth potential Supportive team environment Long-term opportunity within a growing dental laboratory Who Should Apply?
