Throughout the program, Matchtern provides continuous guidance and support to ensure students develop and excel in their chosen paths. Role Description This is a part time, remote role for a Sales Closer. The Sales Closer will be responsible for joining calls with startup founders and hiring managers and closing them on becoming a Matchtern pipeline company. This is not a prospecting role. Leads are handed to you. Daily tasks include running closing calls using our script and frameworks, handling objections, and moving warm leads to a confirmed close. Qualifications 2+ years of closing experience in a high-consideration consumer category (EdTech, coaching programs, college admissions consulting, financial advising, real estate, or similar) High attention to detail and reliability Comfortable and confident on calls with founders and decision makers Strong communication and active listening skills Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales process Flexible availability across time zones Results-driven with a competitive mindset Experience with B2B or startup environments is a plus Prior closer experience is necessary
