Job Description
C. A. Russell Ford is seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and takes initiative in every stage of the sales process—from prospecting to closing. We’re looking for professionals who understand that success in automotive sales is built through action—not waiting. The right candidate will consistently make calls, build relationships, market themselves online, and grow their referral network. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives Maintain regular follow-up through CRM and dealership tools Proactively generate new business through phone calls, social media presence, and networking Represent the dealership professionally online and in the community Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through post-sale follow-up Requirements Automotive Sales Experience Preferred, But Not Required Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and proactive mindset Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills Comfortable using CRM tools and dealership technology Professional appearance and team-oriented approach Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay structure with salary plus commission Training will be a two week session with all hires with owner Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick leave 401(k) Career growth opportunities and ongoing support About C.
