Solee Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a driven, bilingual (Spanish-speaking required) Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with prospective clients seeking cosmetic/plastic surgery Provide an educational, high-touch experience from inquiry to conversion Build strong rapport and trust through consultative, needs-based sales Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to create seamless patient journeys Manage CRM follow-up, scheduling, and payment coordination Requirements:Fluent in Spanish (non-negotiable) Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic or cosmetic surgery sales Strong understanding of procedures such as liposuction, tummy tucks, BBL, and facial surgeries Proven track record of high-ticket sales conversion Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Must be local to Fort Lauderdale and available for on-site work Compensation:Competitive base pay plus commission Commission is earned on each sale where a deposit is collected, based on the price of the procedure Top performers can earn $1,000per week in commission alone Opportunity to grow with a premier name in cosmetic surgery We Offer:Competitive base pay commission A beautiful, high-end work environment Opportunity to grow with a premier name in cosmetic surgery If you're ready to make confidence your product and join a team that values excellence and results--we want to meet you.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$500.00 - $2,000.00 per week Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:Hybrid remote in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.
