Please visit our website for more information about our company: https://www.bevelcorp.com/ Duties / Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, order details, and follow-ups Support sales operations by assisting with RFQs and pricing coordination Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, and shipping) to ensure smooth order execution Process, track, and manage orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery Maintain customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships Utilize ERP systems to update customer information, track order status, and maintain accurate records Assist with scheduling, shipment coordination, and general administrative support for sales activities Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and customer experience Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm order details and follow up on inquiries Provide bilingual (English/Mandarin) communication and translation support to the CEO as needed Occasional domestic travel (typically short trips) to trade shows or customer visits Qualifications Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required Strong verbal communication skills, with confidence in speaking with customers over the phone Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and follow-up abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP experience is a plus Prior experience in manufacturing or CNC machining preferred, but not required Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off Paid holidays Minimum: Fluent in both English and Mandarin; able to communicate effectively in written English for day-to-day business communication On-site position; ability to commute Monday through Friday High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with customers via phone and email Preferred but not required: · 1-2+ years of related experience preferred · CNC machining or manufacturing experience is a plus Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance Language: Mandarin (Required) Ability to Commute: Fremont, CA 94536 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
