Sales Coordinator Opportunity BSI Corporate Benefits is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the continued growth of one of the country's fastest-growing employee benefits firms. Best Workplaces - (2021 - Present) Lehigh Valley Business Fastest Growing Companies - (2014 - Present) Who's Who in Business - (2021 - Present) Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Company - (2020 & 2021) Lehigh Valley Business Best Benefits Consulting Firm - (2017 - Present) What You'll Do Sales Support & Client Onboarding Own post-sale CRM accuracy and data integrity in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, ensuring all closed-won opportunities are complete and execution-ready Manage and validate all new client documentation, contracts, and required data prior to handoff Coordinate internal onboarding preparation, including system setup, billing readiness, and workflow configuration Serve as the primary internal liaison between Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Account Management during onboarding Collaborate with underwriting to support quoting, setup requests, and ensure proposal and final terms are accurately reflected Prepare and deliver detailed onboarding summaries to ensure a smooth and informed transition to Account Management Marketing & Event Support Partner with Marketing and Events teams to support prospect and client events, including invitation distribution, RSVP tracking, and coordination Maintain accurate attendee data and manage post-event follow-up workflows within the CRM Assist with outbound marketing and outreach campaigns, including prospect list coordination, messaging inputs, and response tracking Support pre- and post-event execution to ensure timely and effective sales engagement Attend events (virtually or in person) as needed CRM & Process Management Own CRM data accuracy and documentation standards, ensuring opportunities, accounts, and client records are complete and up to date Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and performance reports to leadership Ensure consistent, standardized processes for client handoffs and internal workflows Support continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and operational efficiency What You Need to Thrive in This Role Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a similar role Hands-on experience with Salesforce (required); familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally Experience analyzing data and working with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce, etc.) Understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline management A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a team-first attitude Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-growing, evolving environment Ability to travel locally as needed and maintain a valid driver's license and insured vehicle What We Offer You BSI engages in an employee-first approach as part of our team-oriented and supportive culture.
