Job SummaryThis is a great opportunity to join a growing industry and make a positive impact on the environment.If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for solar energy, we would love to hear from you.Apply now to become a Sales Coordinator and help homeowners embrace clean, renewable energy solutions.Responsibilities Early point of contact to collect potential customer information and discuss the solar evaluations, policies, and how we operate to deliver the best solar and energy storage experience.Answer phone calls and schedule site assessments for customers.Maintain accurate data and follow ups within CRM and booking sofatware/tools.Provide high quality service and care to all potential customers and businesses.Prepare correspondence to customers and sales team as appropriate.Communicate clearly, thoroughly, and professionally with clients and prospects at all times.Respond to communications (emails, texts, phone calls, etc.within 24-hours or establish or delegate coverage during vacation times).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.Sales Coordinator may also be required to perform other duties as assigned but those are not yet determined.Duties may evolve over time as the business evolves, processes improve, products are introduced, additional resources are added, etc.Skills Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in a technical sales environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed Familiarity with solar energy systems and industry trends is a plus Note:This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills required.Schedule:8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location:In person South Burlington, VT 05403:Relocate before starting work (Required) Pay:$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
