Role Summary: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the administrative lifecycle of a project from the point of sale to production handoff. This role ensures that all product specifications, client approvals, and order details are accurately captured, verified, and organized. You act as the critical link between the sales team and the production department, ensuring every order is ready to process. Key Responsibilities: Technical Onboarding: Directly coordinate with clients to secure all necessary product specifications and documentation required to begin production. Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project files, ensuring all data points (dimensions, materials, and technical requirements) are finalized. Approval Coordination: Act as a liaison between the client, the sales team, and internal technical teams to manage the review and approval of project assets. Order Tracking: Monitor the progress of order details and provide regular updates to management regarding the status of pending project files. Quality Assurance: Review all client-provided information for accuracy and completeness before releasing the file to the internal quality team. Qualifications: 2+ years in Project Coordination, Order Processing, or Sales Support. Experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented administrative environment. Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal). Strong proficiency in Google Workspace/Sheets. Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
