Meritum is seeking a motivated Sales Crew Member to represent AT&T Business services through in-person, B2B direct sales.This role focuses on engaging with business customers to promote and sell telecommunications solutions, including fiber internet and wireless services.The position requires frequent face-to-face customer interaction and is not remote or retail-based.As a Sales Crew Member, you will work directly with business owners and decision-makers, guiding them through available AT&T Business solutions based on their operational needs and budget.This position involves managing the full sales process, from initial outreach to service activation.Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person outreach to local businesses within assigned territories to promote AT&T Business wireless, fiber, and bundled telecom services Engage directly with business customers to assess connectivity needs and recommend appropriate solutions Manage the B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, consultations, contract processing, and follow-up Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training Review performance metrics to improve outreach effectiveness and customer retention Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with business customers in person Ability to work independently while meeting daily activity and performance expectations Reliable time management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $800.00 per week Benefits:Employee discount Paid training Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
