The Sales Designer is responsible for growing and developing Inspired Closets’ sales and margin. This includes creating and selling storage solutions for all types of spaces, including meeting with the client, space planning, color/materials selection, design execution, proposal creation, sale, and project management following the Inspired Closets sales and design strategy. Requirements Three years of sales experience OR a college degree Strong desire to help others and succeed Proven ability to build relationships and close sales Strong technology skills, with comfort learning design software and automation tools Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Reliable internet access and transportation Willingness to travel for in-home consultations across Vermont What We’re Looking For This role is for someone who can take ownership of their results—from first meeting to final decision— and knows that success comes from both the opportunities provided and the effort you create.
