Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our innovative solutions, responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. Your proactive approach will help drive revenue growth through strategic outreach, qualification of leads, and effective communication. Duties Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify potential clients within designated territories. Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with our product offerings. Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions, leads, and sales pipeline progress. Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads. Assist in developing territory management strategies to maximize coverage and sales potential across assigned regions. Support account management efforts by nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying upselling opportunities. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve overall effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience or strong interest in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales environments. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to conduct product demos effectively and articulate technical information clearly. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage territory sales activities efficiently. Demonstrated aptitude for lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies. Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus; however, a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential. Analysis skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making and territory planning.
