As a Sales Development Representative at AtllasX, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts, schedule meetings or demos, and contribute to overall sales targets. Your role will involve engaging prospects through outbound calls and emails, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate potential customers. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships effectively. Sales and Business Development expertise to contribute to organizational growth and team success. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for tracking and managing leads. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in technology sales or SaaS environments is advantageous.
