Sales Development Representative (SDR) — EMEA Department: Revenue Location: Denmark (Hybrid) Reports to: VP of Revenue, Kasper Valgren Start Date: ASAP Compensation: 30,000–40,000 DKK/month OTE (60/40 base/commission) Note: This is a remote or hybrid position based in Denmark, covering the EMEA region for a global SaaS company headquartered in Europe. Candidates must be based in Denmark and eligible to work there. Role Summary The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in our top-of-funnel sales strategy across the EMEA region. As an SDR at FlightLogger, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound activities and scheduling high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team. The SDR function is central to our continued growth and international expansion, as we deepen our focus on mid-sized and enterprise-level flight schools across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This position is ideal for someone early in their SaaS sales career who is ambitious, proactive, and excited to make an impact in a niche vertical. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with EMEA-based leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn. Meeting Generation: Schedule an average of 2 qualified meetings per day with prospective customers. Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and active pipeline in HubSpot for assigned EMEA territories. Lead Nurturing: Qualify, follow up, and hand off leads to the Account Executive team. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the AE and Marketing teams to tailor regional messaging and optimize conversion rates. Reporting: Regularly update activities, meeting numbers, and campaign effectiveness in internal dashboards. Profile Requirements Attitude: Coachable, self-motivated, and resilient when facing rejection. Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills required. Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a significant plus. Sales Mindset: Comfortable with outbound sales and proactive lead generation. Tools Experience: Prior exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outreach platforms. Team Fit: Collaborative team player who thrives in a startup-style environment.
