This is a specialized SDR role focused on client retention, supporting strategic new business development, and collaborating closely with marketing on targeted lead generation. Unlike our traditional SDR roles that emphasize inbound and outbound prospecting, this position is designed to strengthen existing account relationships by identifying additional stakeholders and driving efforts for multi-threading and 360 account coverage. The Sales Development Representative will oversee lead development and account nurturing for key territories within our high-performing media and events portfolios. The Sales Development Representative is embedded in Questex Entertainment & Infrastructure , where we open doors and expand opportunities to media, live production and connectivity professionals eager to do business. Specifically, this position supports our Healthcare and Life Sciences group . As our Sales Development Representative, you'll support Questex's success by: Lead account retention and multi-threading efforts across media and event portfolios, collaborating with marketing to schedule nurturing campaigns andschedule meetings with new stakeholders. Support strategic new business development, including dedicated research and outreach aligned with sales leadership priorities. Partner with marketing to develop look-alike prospect lists and run targeted multi-channel campaigns across digital and event-based platforms. Identifyand qualify new sales opportunities within targeted accounts. Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure newleads are seamlessly handed off for further development. Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of new stakeholders within existing accounts to support account retention. Your Experience And Education Include Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in B2B digital media sales Excellent presentation, writing, verbaland interpersonal communication skills The ability to be a strong and savvy negotiator A strong senseof organization with strict attention to detail Ability to listen, adapt, and think quickly on your feet Most importantly, a positive attitude, energetic work ethicand desire to work on a winning team.
