Role Description This is a fully remote, performance-driven contract role for an experienced APPOINTMENT SETTER / CLOSER at LeadClarify. LOCATION DOES NOT MATTER — FULLY REMOTE You will be responsible for initiating conversations with qualified service-based business owners, identifying operational and revenue recovery opportunities, qualifying prospects, handling outreach and follow-up, booking appointments, and helping close deals where appropriate. You will work directly with proven positioning, scripts, lead lists, infrastructure, sales systems, and outreach context provided by LeadClarify. This is not random cold outreach with no direction. We already have a proven offer, defined ICPs, positioning, systems, and infrastructure in place. Your job is to create conversations, build trust, qualify opportunities, book meetings, and help move prospects through the pipeline efficiently. You will primarily be speaking with: service-based businesses local operators clinics / med spas contractors agencies appointment-based businesses B2B service companies Responsibilities include outbound prospecting appointment setting lead qualification relationship building pipeline follow-up objection handling closing support CRM/pipeline organization collaborating directly with leadership to drive client acquisition Qualifications Strong communication and consultative sales skills Experience with appointment setting, closing, or outbound sales Ability to build trust naturally without sounding scripted Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Strong objection-handling and follow-up ability Self-motivated and performance-driven Organized and able to work independently Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, AI/software, or sales systems is a plus Experience in B2B, service-business, SaaS, automation, marketing, or high-ticket sales environments preferred COMPENSATION 12–15% COMMISSION ON CLOSED DEALS Deals typically range from ~$2K–$5K+ upfront and/or monthly recurring revenue ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY ($300–$400+) BASED ON QUALIFIED APPOINTMENTS, CONSISTENCY, AND RESULTS Strong long-term upside and growth potential as LeadClarify scales
