Our comprehensive suite of cybersecurity solutions provides proactive protection, continuous monitoring, and rapid response to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our clients’ critical assets POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with key stakeholders, and laying the foundation for successful office technology deployments. You will be responsible for booking qualified appointments into the calendars of our sales team, who are responsible for closing the deal. You will be expected to schedule, reschedule, follow up with and act as required to maximize the opportunities presented to our sales team, which also include outbound calls and messaging as required. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who is hungry, skilled, and well-networked. This is on site position with a generous base salary + commission, and OTE at $70k+ per annum. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate success in strategic prospecting, positioning, as well as naturally connecting and networking with prospects and potential partners through phone calls and social media as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Your primary responsibility is to book sales calls into our sales team calendar. Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and industry events, to identify and qualify potential leads interested in cybersecurity solutions. Prospecting: Conduct thorough research on target industries, verticals, and personas to tailor outreach strategies and engage with decision-makers effectively. Outbound Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their cybersecurity challenges and pain points, positioning Pulse Technology as the trusted partner for addressing their security needs. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring visibility and alignment across the sales team. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and opportunities, providing valuable insights and context to facilitate the sales process. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to effectively engage with prospects and address their evolving security concerns. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, prospect engagement, and opportunity conversion, contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales organization.
