As we scale, we are building a disciplined, outbound-driven sales organization. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in fueling that growth by creating new customer opportunities and expanding our market presence. The Opportunity The Sales Development Representative owns the front end of Clean Innovations’ revenue engine . You will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, understand operational needs, and generate qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is designed as a launchpad into professional B2B sales . High performers will gain exposure to real customers, field sales, pricing strategy, and account management — with a clear path toward Account Executive or Territory Sales roles. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting & Market Development Conduct daily outbound calls and outreach to prospective customers Execute structured email and multi-touch prospecting campaigns Research target accounts and build prospect lists Engage decision-makers across facilities, operations, and procurement teams Lead Qualification & Meeting Generation Understand customer challenges and operational needs Qualify prospects against target customer profiles Convert outreach into scheduled discovery meetings Support pipeline development for Account Executives CRM & Pipeline Discipline Track outreach activity and engagement within CRM Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and next steps Consistently achieve weekly activity and meeting targets Team Collaboration & Learning Work closely with leadership on messaging and targeting Provide real-time feedback from customer conversations Continuously improve outreach approach and scripts What We’re Looking ForCore Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable initiating conversations and handling rejection Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented Organized with strong execution discipline Coachable with a growth mindset Preferred (Not Required) 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience Former athlete or competitive background Experience using CRM or sales tools Interest in sales, operations, or entrepreneurship We hire for attitude, work ethic, and ambition — not just experience. Compensation Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 Uncapped Commission: Paid per qualified meeting and revenue contribution On-Target Earnings: $65,000–$80,000+ Top performers significantly exceed OTE and advance quickly.
