Sales Director - Motion & Drive Systems A global leader in motion and drive technology is seeking a Sales Director to lead its North American sales organization. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategy, manage key relationships, and lead a high-performing team selling advanced motion control solutions into industrial and OEM markets. The ideal candidate will bring technical fluency, strong leadership experience, and a track record of growing revenue in automation, motors, or motion systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a regional sales team focused on OEMs, integrators, and industrial customers Develop and execute territory strategies, forecasts, and revenue plans Manage rep networks, direct sales, and strategic partnerships Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align messaging and development with market needs Monitor sales performance through CRM systems and drive KPI accountability Represent the division in internal business reviews and provide input to global leadership Requirements: 5+ years of sales leadership in motion control, servo systems, or industrial automation Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred) Experience with technical, value-based selling in industrial markets Skilled at managing teams, distributors, and key customer relationships Proficient in CRM systems and sales forecasting Strong communication and executive presence What's Offered: Hybrid work environment with flexibility for travel Competitive salary and incentive structure Full benefits package (health, dental, 401(k), PTO, etc.) Opportunity to lead a high-visibility
