Job Description
Sales Director Remote Employment Type: Full-Time | Founding Operator About Nsure Nsure is an AI-first organization dedicated to transforming the healthcare landscape through elite Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. We are seeking a performance-first Sales Director to lead a refined, high-output revenue engine and drive our team to the highest level of execution. Nsure — Revenue Intelligence, Reimagined. Position Summary Nsure has spent a decade building a proven, high-performance revenue engine in healthcare RCM. We are not looking for someone to build from scratch; we are looking for a master of the craft who can step into a refined system, optimize it, and lead a remote team to execute at the highest level possible. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the pipeline, conversion rates, and closed revenue, operating with the analytical rigor to know exactly why every number looks the way it does—and exactly how to improve it. AI Fluency Requirement — Non-Negotiable Nsure is an AI-first organization. Every member of our leadership and operations team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work—not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine curiosity about AI, comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role. Key Responsibilities Daily Accountability: Own the daily output of a remote SDR and AE team; hold SDRs to a minimum standard of 100+ outbound cold calls and multiple qualified demos set per day. Sales Execution: Actively join proposals and demos to model discovery and negotiation skills; own the full sales cycle personally for the largest strategic enterprise accounts. Performance Analytics: Conduct daily standups and monthly evaluations grounded in data; track and report on CAC, LTV, and pipeline velocity with a clear narrative for leadership. Healthcare Market Navigation: Drive ROI-based conversations with healthcare CFOs, COOs, and Revenue Cycle leaders, navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Continuous Improvement: Partner with marketing to identify lead leakage and content gaps, ensuring Nsure’s playbooks and CRM structures are constantly evolving. The Impact You’ll Make Master the Machine: You will inherit a decade of RCM sales intelligence and lead a team of SDRs and Account Executives to exceed elite performance benchmarks. Elevate Execution: By owning the daily performance of remote teams, you will turn call volumes and demo-set rates into a high-accountability "floor" for the entire organization. Coach to Close: You will bridge the gap between "managing" and "active coaching" by joining live demos and proposals, modeling excellence for your reps in real-time. Optimize through AI: You will use AI tools and automation as a multiplier for accountability, building dashboards and automating follow-up sequences to create massive leverage for your team. Qualifications Required: Experience: 7–10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare, healthtech, RCM, or a closely adjacent field. Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing remote sales teams to a collective quota—owning the team's number, not just your own. Operational Excellence: Direct experience managing SDR programs with 100+ dials/day standards and conversion accountability. AI Fluency: Non-negotiable, active use of AI tools in your daily professional workflow today. Analytical Prowess: Ability to read a conversion funnel and diagnose root causes without being told where to look. Continuous Learner: You maintain a "favorite sales authors" list, read regularly to sharpen your craft, and expect the same discipline from your team. Preferred Experience selling RCM, revenue integrity, or clearinghouse solutions (e.g., Waystar, Availity, FinThrive). Existing relationships with CFOs or VP Revenue Cycle leaders at national physician groups or health systems. Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM architecture and advanced sales automation tooling. Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth company environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay: $175,000 – $185,000 annually. Additional Compensation Bonus Eligible: Aggressive, performance-based commission and bonus structure with uncapped accelerators. Benefits Include PTO Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options 401(k) Plan with Company Match Company-provided equipment
