Company OverviewTrue North Asphalt is a leading provider of professional asphalt maintenance services, serving commercial and residential clients across multiple locations.With a strong reputation built on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, the company prides itself on its dedicated team, advanced equipment, and proven processes that set it apart in the industry.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Build relationships, identify potential clients and build leads Meet with clients, conduct site visits, and determine project requirements Estimate materials and labor needed to perform project and provide clients with confirmed quotes Manage customer change orders and satisfaction, ensure prompt billings and support collections process, as necessary Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage leads, build quotes and execute client contracts Knowledge, skills and abilities:3 years with a construction background.Asphalt or concrete experience is a plus.Ability to understand office work and how it facilitates success in the field.Willingness to generate your own leads as well as drive company leads.Ability to pivot quickly and think of solutions.Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and manage teams and maintain a calm but potentially stern nature when dealing with difficult crews, sales or customers.Proven history of profitable revenue and pipeline generation.Experience leading diverse teams.Microsoft Office and other basic computer technologies.Proficiency with Dynamics 365 Field Service and Sales CRM is a plus but not required.Proficient in managing budgets and schedules and an exceptional eye for detail.Self-starters, hard workers and free-thinkers need only apply.Pay:From $65,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
