Company: DataStelio Product: InfraPulse ( https://datastelio.com/infrapulse.html ) About Us DataStelio is an early-stage startup building InfraPulse , a compute operations intelligence platform that helps data centers and AI infrastructure teams improve utilization, reliability, and efficiency , starting with solving the thermal wall problem in high-density environments. We are at an early stage and looking to grow through founder-led execution + high-impact sales partnerships . The Role We are looking for a Sales Executive (contract, commission-based) who can help us identify, engage, and close B2B customers in: Data centers AI infrastructure / platform teams HPC environments Enterprise engineering organizations This is a fully remote, flexible role with no fixed salary initially , designed for someone who wants to be part of a startup journey with meaningful upside. Compensation Commission-based only (negotiable) Ongoing percentage of revenue from customers you bring in Structured as a recurring share tied to customer retention Opportunity to transition into a larger role (and equity) as we grow Responsibilities Identify and reach out to target customers Drive outbound sales (LinkedIn, email, network) Qualify leads and set up meetings Work closely with the founder on demos and closing Help shape early GTM strategy Who You Are Experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise tech) Comfortable working in a startup environment Self-driven and able to operate independently Strong network in data center / enterprise / infra space is a big plus Why This Role Early access to a high-value infrastructure product category Direct impact on revenue and company growth Flexible engagement with uncapped upside Opportunity to grow into a founding sales role Interested?
