Role Overview As a Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with restaurant operators, run tailored product demos, and drive new business growth. You’ll also work closely with the founding team to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Do • Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to signed contract Prospect and qualify independent restaurants, multi-unit groups, and hospitality brands Deliver customized product demos based on each client’s operational needs Build and manage a strong pipeline within the CRM Collaborate with leadership to sharpen sales strategy and positioning What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (restaurant tech, hospitality, or SaaS preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Strong outbound skills—you proactively generate your own opportunities Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly Self-starter mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment If you want, I can make this more aggressive (sales-driven), more startup-casual, or tailor it specifically for LinkedIn vs job boards.
