Come build the future of pharmacy with us.Job Posting TitleSales Executive - Remote in WA or ORJob DescriptionThe Sales Executive develops and executes sales and marketing strategies to attract new groups within the Blue Plan market to attain member growth. This position leads the pharmacy sales process including the Request For Proposal (RFP) process, contract negotiations, site visits and follow up meetings.A strong preference to candidates who live in Washington or Oregon.ResponsibilitiesWork with the Assistant Vice Presidents, Employer Account Directors, and the sales team to drive joint Administrative Services Only (ASO) sales and member growth for Prime and the assigned Plan(s), that includes regaining lives that have been carved-out, winning new carve-in business, and assisting the account management team in retaining current business and identify priority accounts while developing strategies to attain the businessLead/co-lead prospecting activities with employer groups and consultants along with pipeline development/management and post bid discussions with groups/consultants while maintaining reporting in salesforceEstablish and maintain relationship with Salesforce and the account management teams at Plan(s) while maintaining accurate pipeline status and sales reporting/forecasting in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolDemonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the company and our products and services, the market, the competition, and opportunities; relay Prime's key messages to appropriate members of the client sales, marketing, and account management teamEducate client sales, marketing, and account management teams on current topics in the industry, new product developments, and the competitive landscape; provide collateral materials and sales support to help facilitate the sales processCoordinate with internal leaders and executives to develop message positioning, prospect development efforts and collateral needs from a sales perspective; relay Prime's key messages to appropriate members of the assigned Blues Account TeamExecute Go-to-Market meetings as needed (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual) with assigned Blue Plan(s) to review results, make and track product and service offering changes, provide market recommendations, and execute on plans in collaboration with Health Plan Markets leadershipOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED required7 years of work experience gaining operational knowledge of PBM organizations to include 5 years of PBM or sales experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsExceptional ability to evaluate and create opportunities, develop effective selling messages, presentations and proposalsExcellent communication, internal and external relationship development skillsExcellent organizational, project management and time management skillsWorking knowledge of SalesforceAbility to travel up to 30%Preferred QualificationsExperience selling to ASO Employer GroupsPrime Therapeutics LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
