Manage and report team performance using key metrics. Identify training needs and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of teamwork with open communication. Lead daily sales execution to achieve revenue targets. Convert growth goals into clear activity plans. Ensure strong execution of inbound and outbound sales processes. Improve lead response time and follow-up quality. Engage directly in high-value customer interactions. Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant sectors. 5+ years leading a sales team with a track record of success. Experience implementing structured sales processes. Strong understanding of inbound/outbound sales motions. Proven ability to drive execution and meet revenue goals. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities. Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs. Benefits Competitive pay: $180,000-$200,000 + bonus structure. </
