About The Company This organization is a nationally recognized leader in commercial cleaning and facility services, supporting businesses through a network of locally owned franchise partners. The company provides customized cleaning and facility solutions to corporate offices, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, warehouses, industrial facilities, retail locations, hotels, multi-tenant buildings, and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new commercial accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building. Conduct on-site facility walkthroughs to identify operational challenges and customer needs. Create customized proposals and present value-driven facility service solutions to decision-makers and executive leaders. Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreements and ongoing relationship management. Build and maintain a strong pipeline while managing territory activity and sales performance independently. Develop relationships with business owners, facility managers, property managers, and executive leadership teams throughout the Louisville market. Support the growth and success of local franchise partners through new customer acquisition and business development efforts. Qualifications Experience in B2B outside sales, business development, or territory sales. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills with a hunter mentality. Ability to work independently while managing territory activity, pipeline, and customer relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level presence. Competitive, resilient mindset with the ability to overcome objections and drive results. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local field travel. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling commercial services, facility services, janitorial services, or other recurring B2B solutions. Experience managing long sales cycles and developing business through relationship-driven selling. Experience working within franchise, territory, or service-based business environments. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $70-85K DOE. On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Year 1 OTE of $150K–$180K+ with uncapped commission potential.
