London Bay, a luxury homebuilder and developer with over 35 years of experience has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join a world-class branded residential development project. We are seeking a Sales Executive for the Ritz-Carlton Residences of Estero Bay, situated within the luxury master-planned community of Saltleaf. The Saltleaf Project is one of the most significant luxury developments in the USA and is expected to generate an additional $6 billion in residential sales upon completion. JOB ROLE SUMMARY: The Sales Executive will work with a sense of urgency to ensure the successful launch and continued sales by meeting or exceeding personal and community sales goals. The Sales Executive will be a voice and face of London Bay within the assigned community and ensure that a superior customer experience is consistently delivered in the Sales Gallery. The Sales Executive will create interest and excitement in the London Bay product and design in order to better sell the condos/homes and provide all prospects with professional attention during the entire selling and building process. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand the benefits of the condo brand, the features, finishes and specs of the homes for sale, pricing, standard construction practices. Will also understand and follow company policies and procedures Prepare and capture all guest registration forms Be familiar with floor plans and community information Greet prospects with a warm smile, introduce yourself, extend a warm welcome, and take them through a sales presentation, discuss build information and community amenities. Seek information in a casual and friendly manner by asking open ended questions Make notes of all floor plans discussed in Hubspot and communicate all relevant information regarding the customer to the Director of Sales to ensure the consummation of sales Work with other Sales Team Members in a cohesive and collaborative effort to close the deal by using skills of negotiations and overcoming objections Manage any client concerns and ensure client satisfaction during the buying, construction and closing process Attend and enthusiastically participate in grand openings and company events, many of which may be after hours Realtor Outreach & Relationships Target Realtor offices to gain maximum exposure for London Bay and the Project Drop off LB/Project information on a scheduled basis Plan and participate in London Bay Realtor events either at Realtor offices or LB locations along with LB colleagues General Be a proactive positive member of the London Bay sales team which includes sharing with the Director of Sales and team any ideas relevant to improving sales and conversions Hours: Adhere to the sales office schedule which includes weekends and some holidays Enthusiastically participate in grand openings and company events, many of which may be after hours In season (defined as January 1st through April 30th) work 6 days a week Attend local Realtor meetings and appropriate networking events Other related duties as requested and assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma and current Florida Real Estate license Mandatory Experience/Background: 5 or more years of experience working in a sales role for mid or high rise condo, with proven success in sales and knowledge of luxury multi-family/condominiums. Must be a proven sales achiever, with the ability to lead, motivate others, multi-task, have organizational skills, and ability to learn CRM (Hubspot). Requires computer skills and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to collaborate well with team players and adhere to and exemplify London Bay Core Values - teamwork, respect, integrity, quality, and commitment. Desired Experience/Qualifications: On-site sales experience strongly preferred with proven success in pre-construction sales. CRM program Hubspot, knowledge of sales agreements, MLS and the basic understanding of mid- or high-rise condo sales. Past experience selling branded residences.
