The team operates in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, emphasizing ownership, execution, and performance. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth within the Men's Outerwear and Workwear category. This is a high-impact, non-entry-level role requiring a proven track record in sales, with full ownership of the sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, understands retail dynamics, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing retail accounts while actively developing new business opportunities Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product presentations, pricing, negotiation, and closing Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive sales strategy Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demand Manage multiple seasons simultaneously and respond quickly to in-season opportunities Ensure alignment with pricing strategies, margins, and revenue targets Qualifications Proven experience in apparel sales, preferably in men's outerwear or workwear Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Existing relationships with retail buyers is a strong advantage Solid understanding of fashion trends, retail cycles, and consumer behavior Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Excel or sales-related tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred What We're Looking For Self-driven and results-oriented professional Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to operate with urgency and adaptability Comfortable working in a lean, high-performance team environment
