Sales Front Desk Associate – Fitness Gym

Overview: ACTION BLACK is looking for an outgoing, confident Front Desk Receptionist with strong sales experience . This role requires someone who is not shy, enjoys engaging with people, and can promote our services while managing front desk duties. Responsibilities: Greet and assist all visitors with a friendly, professional attitude Confidently promote and explain our services to walk-ins and callers Manage incoming calls, emails, and follow up on appointments and scheduling for current and new members Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area Assist with administrative duties and support sales-related tasks Requirements: Prior sales and customer service experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, approachable, and confident speaking with clients Well-organized with strong multitasking abilities Proficient with Glofox and open to learning new software Strong attention to detail Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
