Duties Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. Manage route driving responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining safety standards. Conduct merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with product handling and inventory management. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, pricing adjustments, and customer interactions. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly explain product features, pricing options, and promotional offers. Organize daily routes efficiently to optimize time management and customer coverage. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Utilize strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory levels, sales targets, and route schedules. Experience Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques enhances effectiveness in this role. Experience with commercial driving or route driving is a plus; valid driving license required. Familiarity with merchandising practices and inventory management is beneficial. Strong math skills for handling transactions, pricing calculations, and data analysis. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during product handling tasks. Military background or experience can be advantageous due to discipline and organizational skills.
