Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Lead / Key Holder to join our dynamic fragrance retail team. This pivotal role combines leadership, customer service excellence, and operational management to create an inspiring shopping experience for our customers. As a key holder, you will be entrusted with opening and closing the store, ensuring smooth daily operations, and motivating your team to achieve sales goals. Your passion for fragrances and retail management will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty and drives business growth. Duties Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, engaging customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures to ensure security and accuracy Supervise sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance team performance Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities Implement effective marketing initiatives within the store to promote fragrance products and special promotions Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and processing payments efficiently Maintain a clean, organized store environment that aligns with brand standards and enhances the customer experience Qualifications Proven management or supervisory experience in retail sales or related fields, preferably within fragrance or beauty retail environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging a broad customer base Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, pricing strategies, inventory management, and POS systems Experience in merchandising, stock control, cashiering, and store operations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of negotiation techniques, employee orientation practices, interviewing processes, recruiting strategies, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and budgeting is a plus Customer-focused attitude with outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences while advancing your career in a vibrant fragrance retail environment.
