About the Job We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our Costco Canada business. This role bridges sales strategy and operational execution, working cross-functionally with planning, design, accounting, and logistics teams to drive growth across the Costco business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do (including but not limited to): Sales Management & Account Growth Understand annual sales goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them. Promote and grow brands and categories across both existing and new programs. Identify new opportunities to drive incremental sales. Review weekly selling data and maintain consistent communication with Costco Canada buyers. Send ATS reports every Friday to capture weekly OTB and in-season opportunities by warehouse. Monitor YTD sales against monthly budget and targets. Provide weekly account updates to team leaders and management. Market Intelligence & Strategy Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive price points and weekly best sellers by season and category. Develop a strong understanding of global retail landscapes and regional consumer behavior. Attend seasonal market visits with Costco Canada as needed for line presentations, business reviews, and relationship-building. Track and report Canada sales performance, currency considerations, and margin impacts associated with global business. Order & Inventory Management Secure and manage all bulk buys, cost requests, and art requests across respective departments, seeing each through to completion. Request extensions as needed and make substitutions to mitigate any loss of sales. Support on supply management, style setup, inventory tracking, and order processing. Manage and prepare all production orders for Costco commitments. Ensure all orders and dates are bucketed correctly in the system to align to Costco commitment dates. Manage Costco commitments for correct data — including costing, wholesale price, units, terms, ship windows, pallet breakdown, and warehouse allocation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Attend weekly sales meetings with design and planning to review inventory reports, sales, budgets, production status, and product stage approvals. Work with the internal logistics team in Canada to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods. Work with accounting on accurate coupon, markdown, and advertisement requests. Manage and communicate sample and packaging approvals or denials from Costco to production, merchandising, and design teams. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education or experience. 6 years of sales experience exceeding quotas. Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Excel) and database systems. Strong business judgement and sense of urgency and can work independently under critical time frames and work on multiple assignments. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Experience working with Costco or club accounts is highly preferred. Knowledge of international logistics, compliance requirements, customs documentation, and Canadian import/export considerations. Ability to navigate cultural nuances and communication styles across markets. Familiarity with currency fluctuations and their impact on pricing and margins. Experience analyzing global market trends and applying findings to sales strategies. Excellent written and verbal skills with necessary interpersonal skills to deal with various individuals and clients. Ability to read, analyze and interpret data and draw valid conclusions that show understanding and insight with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable in completing a diverse range of assignments in a timely manner and adaptable to change and have the ability to prioritize projects and workload. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the department and company.
