Lot Manager – Job Description & Compensation Plan Location: Lake Park, GA Work Schedule Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mondays: Required until total combined monthly sales reach $50,000 Compensation Structure (1099) Commission is paid on all pre-tax sales of: Portable Buildings Metal Buildings Pole Barns Optional Draws: Up to $100/day (maximum of 2 weeks) Draws are deducted from future commissions Requirements: Full scheduled workday completed All prior daily tasks completed Commission Payment Timing Portable Buildings: Paid weekly Metal Buildings & Pole Barns: 50% paid the Friday after down payment is collected 50% paid the Friday after project completion After 90 days: Metal buildings under $5,000 are paid upon completion Additional Notes: Cancellations: Paid commissions will be deducted from future payouts Financing Deals: Commission paid as funds are received Example: Sale on 9th → Funding on 16th → Paid on 19th Key Responsibilities Lead all sales efforts for portable buildings, metal buildings, and pole barns Maintain an active and organized CRM pipeline (HubSpot) Conduct consistent follow-up and customer communication Manage lot presentation, organization, and cleanliness Execute social media and marketing initiatives per company standards Assist with inventory, including repossessions and unit prep Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competition Participate in ongoing training and development Time Off & Schedule Flexibility 10 days off annually 2 weeks notice preferred (1 week required) Prorated for employees starting after January 1, 2026 Daily lunch: 1 hour between 11 AM – 4 PM (flexible) If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact (229) 561-0296 / willisbuildings@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits Mileage reimbursement Paid training Ability to Commute: Lake Park, GA 31636 (Required) Work Location: In person
