We help restaurants reach every guest, not just the 1% who happen to leave a review. The result is real data, what guests actually think, what's working, what needs work, so owners know exactly what they're improving on and can act on it with confidence. We give restaurants the tools to hear from everyone, capture what their guests genuinely think, and handle the not-so-great feedback quietly and constructively. The Role We're looking for driven Sales Managers to introduce restaurants to Scaling Reviews, close subscriptions, and build lasting client relationships. This is a field-focused role. You'll visit restaurants, connect with owners and managers, and run short in-person demos that show exactly how our tools improve ratings and bring in more customers. You'll earn $100 for every deal you close, plus 20% recurring commission on every active subscription — building a compounding income stream that grows with your client base. High performers will have the opportunity to: Move into a Sales Director role and lead U.S. expansion Build and manage their own regional sales team Receive performance-based equity options What You'll Do Develop deep knowledge of Scaling Reviews and how it drives restaurant growth Map and manage your sales territory Conduct walk-in visits and deliver concise, compelling demos Lead with the 1% insight — help owners understand the gap between the reputation they have and the one they've actually earned Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → onboarding Hit monthly targets and steadily grow your recurring commission base Feed field insights back to the product and leadership team What We're Looking For Hunger to grow in sales; B2B, SaaS, or hospitality experience is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-directed, persistent, and resilient Familiarity with the restaurant scene Ability to manage your own pipeline and work independently Nice to Have Experience with restaurant tech or hospitality SaaS Existing network in the food and beverage industry Proven performance in commission-based or field sales roles Pay: From $100.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
