Sales Manager — Action Roofing Services Location Miami, Florida Position Overview Action Roofing Services is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow its roofing sales team throughout the Miami and South Florida market. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue, developing sales representatives, improving team performance, and helping expand the company’s residential and commercial roofing presence across the region. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong sales management experience, a competitive mindset, and the ability to build and maintain a high-performance sales culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor the roofing sales team Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives Drive revenue growth through coaching, accountability, and performance management Monitor KPIs, sales activity, pipeline performance, and close rates Assist sales reps with closing large opportunities and complex deals Develop and improve sales processes, systems, and reporting structures Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and performance reviews Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction Help expand referral, networking, and partnership opportunities throughout the Miami market Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and sales tracking Support company growth initiatives and market expansion efforts Qualifications Previous roofing or home services sales management experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities Proven track record of driving sales performance and team growth Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing KPIs, pipelines, and sales reporting Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Opportunity Competitive compensation structure with strong earning potential Performance-based bonuses and incentives Career growth opportunities within a growing company Leadership role within one of South Florida’s established roofing companies Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth and team success Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
