Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in the automotive industry to lead our sales team to new heights.This energetic role requires a passionate professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving high-end sales, and managing a robust sales pipeline.As a key leader, you will oversee B2B and retail automotive sales, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service.Your multilingual abilities and organizational skills will empower you to succeed in a fast-paced environment, fostering growth and exceeding sales targets.Duties Lead and motivate the automotive sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals through effective coaching and performance management Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting high-end clients, dealerships, and corporate accounts to expand market share Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, including cold calling, outbound sales, and upselling opportunities Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, conducting public speaking engagements, and delivering compelling presentations Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels for retail and dealership needs Coordinate marketing initiatives to attract new clients, promote special offers, and enhance brand visibility in the automotive sector Conduct negotiations with B2B clients and high-end customers to close deals effectively while maintaining favorable terms Support the sales team with outbound calls, customer support activities, and follow-up communications using polished phone etiquette and communication skills Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership environments with a strong track record of high-end sales success Demonstrated expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse client bases effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline Proficiency in CRM software and retail math for accurate inventory management and data analysis Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements and customer interactions Experience in retail sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence Knowledge of inventory control, automotive marketing strategies, and dealership operations Ability to conduct cold calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills to coordinate various aspects of the sales process efficiently Join us as a Sales Manager - Automotive to lead our team toward success by leveraging your expertise in high-end automotive sales, B2B strategies, and exceptional customer engagement.This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our growth trajectory while working in a vibrant environment that values innovation, professionalism, and results.Pay:$22.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
