Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for building, refining, and scaling the sales infrastructure of a high-volume legal services organization.This role requires strategic oversight of multiple teams, ownership of sales systems, and execution of revenue-driving initiatives that improve conversion rates, retention, and operational efficiency.This is a leadership role focused on systems, accountability, analytics, and sustainable growth.Responsibilities Develop and implement conversion-focused strategies Lead and mentor multiple sales teams Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies Foster a culture centered on accountability, results, and continuous improvement Maintain CRM data accuracy and reporting integrity Oversee sales dashboards and operational metrics Utilize Power BI and reporting tools for forecasting and performance analysis Translate analytics into actionable growth initiatives Implement structured training programs Standardize best practices across teams Ensure consistent execution of sales methodology Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, IT, and Finance departments Align sales operations with the broader client lifecycle Improve handoffs and client experience across departments Evaluate and implement new tools and methodologies Continuously refine processes for scalability and efficiency Build scalable sales processes, workflows, KPIs, and performance dashboards Create and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook Establish consistent reporting structures and performance review cadence Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field Minimum 7 years of progressive sales leadership experience (professional services experience preferred) Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and improving performance metrics Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Litify/Salesforce preferred) and reporting tools such as Power BI Advanced analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities Fully bilingual in English and Spanish Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $56,538.16 per year Work Location:In person.
