We're looking for a relentless sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals in a market that's wide open with little competition.. The Role As Sales Manager, you will own Hotspot's growth into new and existing markets — prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with sports organizations, corporate clients, and beyond. You will manage your pipeline independently, build lasting client relationships, and be the driving force behind expanding our footprint across wide-open territories. This is a ground floor opportunity for someone who wants truly no ceiling on their potential growth or success. What We're Looking For Relentless on both cold and warm sales call outreach Strong communication skills — verbal, texts, and especially email Consistent follow-up and ability to move deals forward Highly organized in managing a sales pipeline Self-starter and disciplined to operate independently Skilled at maintaining and nurturing relationships Not Considering No outbound sales experience No B2B sales experience Qualifications 3+ years B2B sales experience Strong business development experience with a track record of closing deals and scaling accounts Excellent communication and negotiation skills — written and verbal Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Experience developing proposals, decks, and client-facing materials Bachelor's degree — Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality preferred Existing book of business in B2B or sports is a major plus Compensation & Details Competitive base salary Fully remote — work from anywhere Residual commission in wide-open markets Significant growth potential (ground floor opportunity) Potential to expanded roles and other opportunities within the company Fast-paced, positive work environment, working alongside amazing clients in some of the most exciting industries on the planet Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
