Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategic plans to meet revenue targets, and foster a customer-centric environment. Your leadership will inspire team members to excel in retail sales, enhance customer service experiences, and implement effective merchandising strategies. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives, including marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities. Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, POS transactions, pricing adjustments, and store cleanliness. Conduct interviews, recruit new team members, and facilitate onboarding processes to build a strong workforce. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Monitor store performance metrics, prepare reports on sales activities, and implement improvements based on data analysis. Skills Proven experience in retail management or sales management with supervisory responsibilities. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership with experience in employee orientation, training & development, and team supervision. Proficiency in inventory control systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail math. Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing processes, and inventory management. Ability to manage budgets, perform bookkeeping tasks, and oversee payroll functions accurately. Skilled in marketing initiatives, store promotion planning, and customer service excellence. Exceptional organizational skills with time management expertise to handle shift management and administrative duties efficiently.
