Optify Search are currently partnered with a market leading Personal Care Contract Manufacturer seeking a Sales Manager. Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to): Lead business development efforts, driving growth across skincare, haircare, beauty, and personal care categories. Identify, cultivate, and close new partnerships with high‑growth brands in the beauty and wellness space. Analyze market trends, deal structures, and financial opportunities to shape commercial strategies. Manage and develop a strong new‑business pipeline, ensuring consistent momentum and visibility across the organization. Provide sales reporting and insights, including forecasting and opportunity analysis. Collaborate with R&D and Account Management to deliver a seamless onboarding and product development experience for new clients. Partner with Marketing to support the creation of compelling sales materials and brand‑aligned collateral. To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Management or similar. 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales roles. Experience selling into beauty, skincare, or personal care manufacturing or services. This role offers a competitive salary, with a great compensation package, and a strong progression pathway.
