Sales Manager - Pride Kia (Boston Area) Pride Kia is looking for a Sales Manager who wants to step in, take ownership, and make a real impact on a team. This is not a maintenance role. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, creating accountability, and helping elevate performance. You’ll have the ability to: influence culture establish daily structure and expectations coach and develop a sales team drive a more proactive sales environment help create consistency in performance We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership and help move a team forward. What You’ll Be Responsible For Establishing clear daily expectations and structure Holding the team accountable to activity and performance Driving a proactive sales culture (not just relying on traffic) Coaching and developing salespeople Supporting a modern, process-driven sales environment Creating consistency in execution and results What We Are Looking For Automotive sales leadership experience (Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or similar) Strong understanding of CRM discipline and sales process Experience coaching and developing a team Comfortable addressing underperformance directly Focused on execution, not just ideas Takes ownership of results What This Role Is Not This is not a role for someone who: prefers to stay behind the desk avoids accountability conversations relies solely on incoming traffic focuses only on closing deals instead of developing people is looking for a low-structure environment Hiring Process Our hiring process is structured and designed to identify strong leaders.
