Job Roles And Responsibilities Drive sales growth and expand business opportunities in target industries Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance updates Lead customer meetings and client presentations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business goals Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure satisfaction Identify new business opportunities and support account growth Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively Qualifications And Certifications Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development Knowledge of precision machining or related industries such as automotive, hydraulics, or manufacturing Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience creating and implementing sales strategies and reports Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills Leadership abilities with experience collaborating across departments Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software preferred
