We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead sales operations, business development initiatives, and revenue growth across our organization. Position Overview Sohnen Enterprises is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee sales strategy, customer relationships, account growth, and business development efforts within the reverse logistics and consumer electronics industry. This executive leadership role will work closely with operations, procurement, logistics, finance, and executive leadership to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and support long-term business expansion. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with strong operational awareness, strategic vision, and a proven ability to drive business growth in fast-paced distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or consumer electronics environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability Lead and oversee sales, account management, and business development activities across the organization Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, vendors, and key stakeholders Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer partnerships Collaborate with operations, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasting, pipeline activity, and customer trends Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer agreements Support strategic planning initiatives related to company growth, operational expansion, and market positioning Oversee customer account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Analyze market conditions, industry trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks Develop and mentor sales leadership and support team development initiatives Participate in executive leadership meetings and contribute to company-wide business strategy Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning processes Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and operational standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management required Prior executive leadership experience preferred Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic customer relationships Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, and reverse logistics business models Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment Preferred Experience Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, reverse logistics, or consumer electronics industries Experience managing national accounts, strategic partnerships, and large customer portfolios Familiarity with refurbishment operations, inventory management, and distribution processes Experience supporting operational and sales integration initiatives Exposure to domestic and international business development activities Work Environment Hybrid office and warehouse environment Frequent interaction with executive leadership, customers, vendors, and operational teams Fast-paced environment with changing business priorities and growth initiatives Frequent travel may be required for customer visits, trade shows, and business development activities Early Work Schedule Monday - Thursda
