Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a team of canvassers, and meeting revenue goals. Qualifications Strong sales expertise, including experience with sales strategy, customer acquisition, and goal achievement Leadership and team management skills, including team motivation and performance evaluation Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities Familiarity with renewable energy and solar industry trends is highly desirable Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a sales management role and ability to work in a target-oriented environment
