Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and performance management. Manage customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Skills Proven experience in retail management, including supervising staff and managing store operations. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control, cash handling, and retail math. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Customer service expertise with phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of store presentation and safety standards.
