Xylem is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager - Heavy Industry to lead a team of sales professionals focused on delivering Xylem's water and wastewater solutions to Heavy Industry customers across the Western Region of the United States . Xylem's Heavy Industry segment includes upstream and midstream oil & gas, oil refining, petrochemical, power generation, mining, pulp & paper, and select food and industrial manufacturing markets . This role is critical to advancing Xylem's growth in complex, capital-intensive industrial environments by driving strategic account penetration, expanding solution-based selling, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships. The Sales Manager will be accountable for regional revenue growth, team performance, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring alignment with Xylem's safety, sustainability, and operational excellence standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development & Execution Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on Heavy Industry customers, EPC partners, and owner/operators, aligned with Xylem's enterprise growth objectives.
