Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.The ideal candidate will possess creativity, strong leadership qualities, and extensive experience in membership or retail sales.This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing KPIs, and fostering long-term customer relationships to expand our market presence.The Sales Manager will play a critical role in aligning sales strategies with company goals while mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.Duties Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets through effective coaching and motivation.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets, including B2B and grassroots events to generate leads.Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and prospecting efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Utilize tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.Collaborate with marketing and Operation teams to develop promotional campaigns that support sales objectives.Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals that benefit both parties while maintaining profitability.Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to senior management.Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to our products and services.Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology/technical sales environments.Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.Expertise in business development, account management, and customer service excellence.Proficiency with CRM platforms such as ClubReady for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing data.Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.Analytical skills to interpret market data, forecast trends, and develop strategic plans.Effective communication skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to driving sales growth in competitive markets.This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to lead a dedicated team while contributing significantly to our company's success through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer engagement.Pay:From $22.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
