About Us Fort Lauderdale Screen Printing is a fast-growing custom apparel and printing company serving over 2,000 clients across South Florida and the Caribbean. We do screen printing, embroidery, DTF, custom patches, and fulfillment for businesses, restaurants, hospitality groups, schools, and more. We're a small, hands-on team that moves quickly, takes pride in our craft, and treats every customer like our most important one. The Opportunity We're looking for a recent high school graduate who wants real-world experience inside a growing business — not coffee runs and busywork, but actual responsibility from day one. You'll work directly with the owner and core team, learn how a small business really operates, and have a clear path to grow into bigger roles as you prove yourself. What You'll Do Manage and follow up with inbound leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel) — making sure no quote request, call, or message slips through the cracks Support the sales process by helping qualify leads, sending follow-ups, scheduling calls, and keeping our pipeline organized Help with marketing efforts — social media, email campaigns, content, and whatever else moves the needle Wear a lot of hats. In a small business, priorities shift fast. One day might be sales-focused, the next might be helping with a customer order or a marketing project Bring ideas to the table. We want someone who notices what could work better and speaks up Who You Are Recent high school graduate (or current college student) based in or near Fort Lauderdale Reliable, accountable, and someone who follows through — if you say you'll do it, it gets done Quick learner who picks up new tools, software, and processes without needing things repeated Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be talking to customers Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged Genuinely interested in business, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms (GoHighLevel, email tools, social media, etc.) What You'll Get Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and small business operations Direct mentorship from the owner and team A clear path to expand your role and responsibilities as you grow Flexible hybrid schedule that can work around college classes Exposure to real CRM, marketing automation, and customer-facing work that looks great on a resume Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oakland Park, FL 33334
