Duties Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness across various channels, including digital platforms and direct outreach.Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients, nurturing relationships and converting leads into sales opportunities.Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales activities by identifying potential corporate clients and presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs.Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company profitability.Collaborate with the inside sales team to qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.Support business development initiatives by researching market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the technology sector.Experience Proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales roles, preferably within the technology or software industry.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic marketing efforts.Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development roles will be considered an asset.Join us as a Sales Marketing Specialist and become a vital part of a forward-thinking organization committed to growth, innovation, and your professional development!
