This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team while fostering relationships! Responsibilities Enforce comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share. Consistently manage and recruit the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance. Oversee account management activities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team through coaching and feedback. Skills Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance. Proven experience in account management, demonstrating the ability to build lasting client relationships. Extensive knowledge of sales processes, including outside sales techniques and technology sales strategies. Exceptional business development skills with a focus on identifying growth opportunities. Proficient in managing teams, with a track record of motivating staff to achieve targets. Excellent negotiation skills, capable of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive client interactions.
